We store this in our booking database, hosted with Cloudflare, and email it to your guide through Resend so he can confirm your date. The deposit is handled by Mollie, our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
- Email sign-ups. If you ask for the prep kit, we store your email address and, if you tell us, the month you plan to trek. We keep this with MailerLite and use it to send you the kit and occasional trekking advice. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time.
How we use your data
Analytics data is used to improve the website's functionality, content, and user experience. What you send with a booking request is used only to arrange and run your trek. What you give us with an email sign-up is used only to send you the prep kit and our trekking advice. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
