We pick you up the day before your trek date and you sleep in the included guesthouse in Senaru. Earliest start is two days from now, so we can arrange your night and park permits.
You'll join this group at the same price, and the trek is guaranteed to run.

We confirm your exact pickup time with you. Coming from the Gili Islands? Your boat lands at Bangsal Harbour, and that is where we meet you.

No extra costs: the reservation fee is part of the price you saw. Fee plus cash trek price add up to exactly the advertised total.
Good to know
Change your date free of charge, any time. The reservation fee is not refundable, but it never expires worthless: it stays valid for 12 months for any new date. If the park closes or the trek is cancelled, you get everything back.
About currency: all prices are in US dollars. The reservation fee is charged in USD and your bank converts it automatically at its own rate. The trek price is a fixed rupiah amount agreed in USD, so nothing shifts with the exchange rate.
About the cash part: the mountain villages have no ATMs, so bring the trek amount in rupiah. The easy way: withdraw it at the airport or in town, or simply ask your driver to stop at an ATM on the way. They do it all the time.
What happens next

- We confirm your date, usually the same day.
- Confirm your date with the small $20 per person deposit, already part of the advertised total. Your guide then asks for a passport photo on WhatsApp; the park registers every trekker for the permit, standard for all operators.
- Pay the trek price in cash on arrival, a fixed rupiah amount. Your driver is happy to stop at an ATM on the way.
